Initiate Your Request

Prepare the Package
Ensure the hair is in its original state—unwashed, uncut, and with tags attached—then pack it securely in the original Luvme Hair packaging.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
